Haunted Hotel: The X Collector's Edition

Your sister left you a video message, just like she usually does. She said she would be at your place within a few hours after making a story about the “Lexington” hotel, but the record date states she should have come two days ago! Having arrived at “Lexington”, you find out that the place was abandoned many years ago. Your sister's car is there, too. But where is she herself? Once you enter the hotel, you understand that there’s somebody else in it. Or something... And it keeps an eye on you.
