Uno slasher/sparatutto dall'alto con maschere e armi sbloccabili che modificano il gioco, caratterizzato da un'estetica elettronica al neon, in cui un sicario riceve chiamate anonime che gli ordinano di recarsi in determinate residenze e tane del crimine e massacrare chi si trova al loro interno, mentre si imbatte in visioni irreali e incongruenze senza alcuna risposta sul come, sul perché o sul chi.
