How to catch the guardian fish?
When you use your Odin's vision to see the fish that are on the lake, you will be able to find a small luminous flux. It wouldn't be stupid to dive in to see if it's a trick, but nothing will be in the depths and you'll mostly scare the fish away.
In our case, the fish were scared away and we kept catching small fish that are not the object of the quest. To recognize the guardian fish, you will have to identify it: it is one of the biggest fish in the lake (see the image below). Therefore, if you have dived in the water, like us, use your Odin's vision to try to locate the big fish. One of them will necessarily be the guardian fish.
Havi will give you a little cue to tell you whether or not it's the right fish. Be careful, the fight may be tough, because the guardian fish is not ready to fight. As a result, it is quite possible that the line will break under the force of this fish.
Once you manage to catch the vile fish, a cutscene will activate and you will have the key to the chest. The latter will be right behind you, if you are located on the pontoon. Don't forget to open it before going about your business.
