Kill Trevor
Franklin will call Trevor and ask him to meet him. Then he will call Michael and ask him to help him kill Trevor , but he will have second thoughts. During the encounter, Trevor flees and Franklin begins to pursue him.

Save Trevor and Michael
The longest, most difficult but also, probably, the most rewarding ending. Franklin calls Lester to find a way to save his two friends . Lester will offer you a meeting in an abandoned place, where you will fight both Merryweather and FIB.
Before you go there, you will also receive Lamar. On the site, the four of you will fight against these two groups and they will fight against each other. After this battle, they will make the decision to avenge all the important people who caused these events. Trevor will go kill Steve Heines, Franklin will deal with Mr. Cheng of the Chinese Triad and Michael will eliminate Stretch, who framed Lamar. When those three are dead, your next target will be Devon Weston, who will need to be kidnapped by Trevor. When it's done, in the next cutscene, you'll see your character together pushing the car with them inside the cliff, and that completes the revenge. Option C is a happy ending in which all three characters remain playable at the end of the main story. You can play all unfinished and completed missions by choosing them from the menu.
