The proof, the game will celebrate its 40th anniversary with the 40th Anniversary Edition on November 11th. Helicopters and new planes via the 40th Anniversary Edition
The 40th Anniversary Edition will add new content to Microsoft Flight Simulator starting with the arrival of helicopters. Piloting fans will therefore be able to find rotary wings after a noticeable absence when the game was released in 2020. In addition, gliders will also be present, allowing gliding on MFS.
In addition, some fairly legendary aircraft will be present: the Wright brothers' Flyer, a Curtiss JN-4 Jenny, Lindbergh's Spirit of St. Louis, a Douglas DC-3, the Grumman G-21 Goose seaplane, another seaplane mythical with a Havilland DHC-2 Beaver and the huge Hughes H-4 Hercules. Another novelty: an extremely complete and detailed version of the Airbus A-310 will also be available.
