But pressure from the game's fans and early feedback forced the developers to do a rollback.
The major problem concerns the lethality
One of the game's main balance managers, Matt Leung-Harrison, explained that "changes to lethality on the Hextech Rocket Belt and Deadly Tempo have been removed from patch 12.11," stating that they will take some time "to evaluate the scope and direction of these adjustments." While Matt still feels that they need to make changes, he is not sure which direction to take.
Items are among the issues Riot Games mentioned regarding the situation of burst champions "When lethality items have the same or lower damage than fighters, assassins lose their fantasy and the relationship between the strengths and weaknesses of their profiles."
