Presented at the last ID@Xbox in March 2022, Escape Academy will be released on June 28, 2022. Co-published by Skybound Games and iam8bit Presents, the game from Coin Crew Games studio will land on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series. It will also be available on Game Pass.
With several years of experience in the design of real escape rooms, the Coin Crew Games team is embarking on the virtual adventure. The game takes you to the Escape Academy, a strange school where students meet whose skills are considered promising to learn to master the art of escape. To earn your place among the legendary Escapists, you'll have to fight your way through sometimes deadly challenges set by the professors. But that's not counting the secrets that some of them hide.
Escape Academy features over twelve rooms filled with puzzles and brain teasers to solve. Entirely playable in solo, the adventure can also be done in pairs on a separate screen, locally or online.
On the program of this school like no other, you will have to, among other things, defuse a bomb and win the most popular event of the Academy, the room of rivals. Another test will consist of trying to reach the top of a tower full of puzzles that fills with water, under penalty of running out of oxygen. In summary, your ability to solve the various puzzles on offer depends on your chances of survival.
